Southeastern Painting Company, Inc. is an open shop commercial painting company established by Frank Rose in June of 1972. Our office and warehouse are located at 16 Thorndike St. in Everett, MA, and we have an average work force between 20 and 70 painters, depending on the season.
Over the last 35 years, we have completed projects both large and small for such insitutions as the Harvard Business School, Boston College, Massachusetts General Hospital, Polaroid, Western Electric, and the North Shore Medical Center. We also work year round with such general contractors as Jones, Lang, Lasalle; Commodore Builders, The Beal Company, DeIulis Brothers Construction, and Leah Construction.
Here at Southeastern, we pride ourselves on performing the highest quaility of work, with the customer's needs coming first. Our customers have been more than satisfied over the last 30 plus years, and we continue to strive for perfection in the years to come.
